Proposal Scope
Generally, the proposal should contain:
A template for the proposal has been provided below. The questions in the proposal template have to be answered. However, you are free to expand the discussion of your solution beyond the scope of the template, as long as you keep to the page limit of 10 pages (not including cover page, content page and annexes).
The proposal should be constructed using the following format:
- Motivation/Problem Statement
- Needs Analysis of target audience
- Description of proposed solution with clear plans for implementation
- Detailed breakdown of budget and use of funds
- Commitment for implementation
- (optional) Prototype of proposed solution

Final Presentation

Each group will have to deliver a 10 minutes (*updated*) presentation, followed by a 5 minutes (*updated*) Q&A by the audience and judges. After all the groups have presented, there will be a refreshment break while the judges deliberate over the presentations.
